I began investing at the age of 34, primarily utilizing my hard work and dedication. Now at the age of 42, I am delighted to share that my passive income exceeded $100k for the first time in a single month. This advice is truly valuable, so don't hesitate to take action. Remember, it's not about achieving wealth quickly, but rather about building wealth consistently and persistently.

As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?

Doing $20/week here. First thing every Monday. Going to run it for the year an see what turns out. My only difference is I'm not putting the whole $20 into 1 stock. I am buying just 1 share each time.

What’s the best time of day to have your recurring investment executed? Market open? Midday? Market close?

Thank you for this awesome information. I share your videos with my HBCU students often.

As for me, I'm sticking with the OG called E*Trade, to which I send $100 per month. However, I usually pick the stocks myself and get my behind kicked.

So far, the only stocks doing well in my portfolio are Albertsons-Safeway (ACI), Honda (HMC), Tesla (TSLA), and Zillow (Z).

Reoccuring investments and dollar cost averaging is such a powerful tool that everyone should utility. Just be careful with which stock you are choosing for this though. SCHD would be a much better pick for a dividend ETF compared to QYLD especially in the long run.

Also note that there are tax implications to the dividends that you receive. Although you may receive a huge out from dividends, if your overall position is negative due to the underlying stock price dropping and you factor in the end of year taxes, you can end up at a overall loss.

Does SCHD pay more than QYLD? Also do you think you could do a chart where how much you had invested month to month side by side with your dividends monthly payout ?

QYLD looks like a dividend trap: if you look at the long term price of the ETF since its inception in 2013, it's steadily trending downwards from ~$25 a share to current $16.38 a share.

Question: why continue to invest in a ETF that's steadily losing value?

I learned this lesson by investing in ORC & ARR myself.
