Delta is always a great choice, that is why they are a bit more money then the other airlines but much better experience, and better seating and food..
as far as turning off the seatbelt sign, Some airlines instruct their pilots to keep the seatbelt sign on until cruising altitude has been reached. Others allow pilots to turn the seatbelt sign off at 10, 000 or 18, 000 feet at their discretion.
Delta's lowest altitude is 18, 000 before they turn the seatbelt sign off, how ever i never had a problem i have gotten up out of my seat before 18, 000 feet..
Delta is one of the better airlines for sure..

I just flew N395DN, a 737-800 as well, from BOS to MCO on December 26th. Very nice interior, very nice flight attendants, great flight all around!

Delta is apparently competitive with JetBlue with their IFE, decent legroom and complimentary drinks and snacks.

2 months and 1 day until I’m sitting in one of these flying to Florida. I can’t wait
