I’m excited to launch my new Italian Cookery Days in my home in London!

Rosemary, Sun-blushed Tomato & Olive Focaccia
Fried Courgette Flowers Filled with Whipped Ricotta, Basil & Honey
Roman Handmade Spaghetti Carbonara
Radicchio & Parmesan Salad
Tiramisu
And delicious Prosecco and paired Italian wines.

DETAILS:
The day will begin with a warm welcome of freshly brewed coffee and homemade Pistachio Chocolate Dipped Biscotti fresh from Clodagh’s oven. Then you get to sit back and watch Clodagh firsthand in her kitchen while she demonstrates a delicious 3 course Italian supper.

After the demonstration, fine Italian Prosecco will be popped before sitting at Clodagh’s dining table for the 3 course meal that she demonstrated with thoughtfully paired wines to match each course.

You will also receive a recipe pack containing all of the recipes that will be demonstrated throughout the day.
