Funny thing is, my Galaxy Note 9 is still more than good enough to do everything I need it to do and it's still fast enough to zip around everywhere and play games without any issues whatsoever. Pick one up for around £100...not £1300!!!!

Finally the reason i quit using Samsung ( having inferior chip models ) in my region is fixed. 2 bad i already jumped ship and heavily invested in different operating system with more than 5 devices... so refuse to go back just for having the same chip everywhere in the world. Anyway its a good change for android users.

Let's be real how many of us really need such fast phones and truly need to upgrade to a brand new phone every year??

I was one of those that felt like I needed to get the best, but I thought F that, I'm not getting sucked into this big corporate BS that any of this stuff matters. I got a mid tier Pixel 6 last year, and it does everything I need it to. Go on apps, check emails, search the web, photos, sure the top of the range phone may do it ever so slightly faster but if we truly think about it, it's all BS. It's not a PC where you tangibly feel a massive difference when you upgrade. Unless there's a big new tech update like a much better battery or a much higher refresh rate screen, or if yours has noticeably gone worse over time, it's just a bunch of marketing BS for our money.
