REST IN PEACE | 96 YEAR OLD SPEEDER | Caught in Providence

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Victor Colella, who turned 100 earlier this year.

We first met victor 5 years ago when he came before Judge Caprio for a speeding ticket. He was driving his 63-year-old son with special needs to the doctor. Victor's dedication to his son resonated with people all over the world and he was truly a special man. Rest in Peace Victor.

I was taking my boy for bloodwork. He has cancer, I’m 96 he 63. This is the Real definition of a father, when he said my boy. Glory be the name of God.

A great man and real loss to society. I lost my dad at the age of 59. I have outlived him by 2 years so far. I loved my dad and my mom so much. My mom passed in her mid 70's. I just wish i could have them back but hopefully i will be with them when it's my time to relocate to the next phase of life. To see this man is a privilege and to know this man is an honor. God bless his family and i hope they will one day be together again.
