So, pretty simple question today. Is it trash or is it treasure? Invicta feels the full force of the watch community it seems, but this little guy seems to be the exception to the rule. But does it deserve to be? Well, my recommendation is based on price, because there are better watches out there once the price pushes beyond $75USD. Cheers, Jody.

Watch YouTubers:

"I financially bankrupted myself buying these 4 Rolex's I couldn't afford. Here's why I hate Invicta..."

I'm a watch guy, I have several vintage Hamiltons and Seikos in my collection. My father gifted me a very handsom Invicta Pro-diver in a gold finish and I wear it proudly very often. I'll admit I used to trash Invicta for their 48 and 50mm watches. However, my pro-diver is on par with my Seiko SKX. I respect the company for what it is, a gateway for future watch collectors and for people with tighter budgets who want a quality watch!

I have had mine for now almost two years, and it hasn’t missed a beat. I exercise and swim in it every day too. A couple of scratches on it now but still does the job.

This has quickly become my favorite YouTube watch channel, and you're one of the most likeable, fair personalities on the site. Well done.

Let's just admit it - Invicta is a guilty pleasure!

Price wise... My dad got me an 8926 with a Miota movement and it got me into collecting automatics. Still working after over 10 years.

A couple of weeks ago I was wearing it at an international show where a Submariner owner mistakenly expressed his appreciation of it to only be disappointed by me pointing at the brand of the watch along with the mention I would never pay ten grand for a stainless steel watch. That made my day. 😜😈😈😂😂😂

A few years ago my grandfather gave me his pro diver from 2007 as a gift. It has been diving, survived bike crashes, snowboard crashes, skateboard crashes, and is my go-to beater watch and it’s still going strong. It has even survived a skateboard crash so intense that I sprained my wrist under the watch but the watch was completely fine. Only scratched the crystal. Needless to say, it is a very resilient watch.

I bought one of these basically new off a guy from Craigslist. He was selling for $40 which was already a good deal but I offered $30 and he accepted. What's great is that he actually sold me the one with a slightly different dial which cost more that the regular version. I also did not like the polished center links so I brushed them out with a scotch-brite pad and now it looks way better.

I have an older 8926OB with the Myota movement, I wore it every day for 10 years and that included work, the beach, the pool, working on the yard...etc. Never let me down and still keeps good time. Definitely worth the 80 bucks I paid for

It’s the huge gaudy looking crap that people laugh at from invicta, nothing wrong with these pro divers

I owned this piece for about 6 months, but replaced it with an SKX013.
I can genuinely say I do miss the Invicta sometimes.

I just bought an Invicta Pro Diver with the blue dial and I'm really enjoying it. Did I buy it because I want people to think its a Rolex, NO. Its a fantastic casual daily wear.

I’ve got one in my collection. I have the two tone with scalloped bezel. I got mine several years ago, and it has performed flawlessly. There’s a reason this is one of their top sellers. The watch is an amazing bargain, solid reliable movement, and is built quite well for the price. My primary issue with Invicta is the case sizes on most of their line. They’re just too damn big and heavy!

I'm a college student currently working as a GST at Pep Boys. Love this little watch. It's oil-proof too! Has held up very well. Looks a lot less cheap as it wears. It can take a beating :) & the bezel is great for timing short jobs

I hit the bracelet with 1000, then 3000 grit for a perfect bushed look. My NH35 has run within 15 sec per month!

A Scottish accent really makes these videos ten times I always wish I was born in Scotland so I had a buttery smooth roll over my words. Just bought a two tone silver and gold version of this after years of wanting to get one, super excited. Thanks for your videos JOMW.

I got mine for $45 a couple years back on an Amazon sale as one of my first few automatics. It eventually turned into a modding project that has made it one of my favorites to wear. Highly recommend for anyone looking to dabble in modding on something cheap and easy to find dials, hands, etc. for.

I've had one of these for a few years. Decent quality at the price point. I've been happy with it. As soon as I get my Ginault, though, the Invicta will turn into my beater 'Sub'.
