Fixing a WATER damaged Pixel 3a

I purchased a water damaged Google Pixel 3a from eBay. Buying a phone that is water damaged is a big risk because you don't know the extent of the damage is. In this case it worked out but buyer definitely beware.

I've been browsing auction houses around the GTA for lost freight, b stock, light damage items, etc. I notice phones go up fairly often but a good 90% are blacklisted. Some times I see salvage crates of phones.

Hey man, my pixel 4a got a bit of water in it, the screen mostly works but multi touch like pinch to zoom doesn't. Do you think it's permanent or do I try to dry it off ? Thanks in advance

I've water damaged my pixel 4a, as a result top 1/5th of the touchscreen stopped responding, I opened it up and saw a red watermark down at the charging port. What do I do? Which parts of the phone can I soak in the rubbing alcohol and which ones I can not? Thank u
