I also agree that you should gather some other Zig people and post some tutorials here. Like basic, useful things you'd do in C or C++ and how you'd do them in Zig for example.

Maybe something you could look into that would help in your request.
Diving into general purpose projects that can be turned into a playlist of 15 - 30 minutes recording per video with simplified explanations.

Examples could be :-
1. A backend zig http server to power a shopping app.
2. Creating sudoko in zig using SDL.
3. Developing a micro-mouse robot in zig.
4. Advent of code competition

Ideally just general stuff aimed at the general youtuber.
And the beauty is you can collaborate with those very passionate in these areas.

Zig has everything to dominate.
However right now zig feels out there and only accessible to the extremely smart and very nerdy systems programmers.

You can make 10k subs. It'd take a consistent effort and focus on making videos for this platform. Youtubers say that once they stopped divesting time into other platforms that their channels prospered. Instead of running your own twitter and such, promote other creators of those platforms here and soon they'll promote you back. The word gets around.

an example of the type of content I'd like to see is "Lu's Retro Source" weekly mister updates.
but maybe the stuff that's being worked on (in zig) is so technical that it cannot be turned into such an update very easily by someone who isn't working on it, and the people who are working on it are presumably extremely busy.
