Episode 1 | Messianic Teachings for Christians

Join us as Monte brings us a new teaching entitled Messianic Teachings for Christians. In this teaching, Monte delves into the church teaching they have received and contrasts it with what Messainics are learning. The first topic in this program deals with Yeshua’s statement that He came to “fulfill the Law and the Prophets.” Additional topics deal with keeping Sabbath, Clean and Unclean foods, Biblical Holidays, and others. This is not an introduction to Judaism, far from it. It is a detailed review of what the Messiah and His Apostles taught and did concerning these topics. It will explain what Judaism has added to the Bible and what Christianity has taken away from the Bible.

Monte and Ephraim are good teachers. Been watching since 2006. I was drilled by a biblical scholar a few years ago on the old testament and I nailed every question. I didn't even realize I had absorbed it so well. I just knew it.

Monte, what you said today is exactly what I was going through, many years ago. Back then, I had wonderful Christian friends, and still have wonderful Christian friends all over. But I knew there had to be more than what I was being taught and had been taught. I searched for years, as the Father led me to learn more about Israel, how they didn't do as He said and they got into trouble. They had to give an answer, just as we will. The more I learned about being Messianic, the more I realized that I too will have to give an answer to my God, who is my Creator. In your ministry over the years, I have come to realize that I had been taught incorrectly, only because they had been taught incorrectly. Yes, I know Yeshua (Jesus) is the Son of God, and several other things that we both believe, but there are many other things that God said in which were being taken away from what He said. I now love knowing truth, and doing what He said. I thank you for sharing what you have with me, and am looking forward to His Kingdom, which will come soon. HalleluYah! Jesus is our Sabbath rest. When we rest in the finished work of the cross, we rest from all efforts to obtain favor from God by our inadequate works. We rest in Christ so we keep the Sabbath rest every day. We don't still sacrifice animals for our sin because Jesus was the perfect sacrifice and our sin debt is paid in full. We have the rigbteousness of Jesus by faith and if we try to live under the law to be justified, then we are indebted to keep the whole law, which only Yeshua has ever done

As an Australian believer I was taught rightly in nearly all things, & I praise the Lord 4 that but keeping the Shabbat was only 4 Israeli's. But listening 2 Zev Porat who told us that God created us 2 work 6 days & on the 7th day "cease" (Shabbat), now I do this with knowledge & it benefits having a day of rest. I also as the early church worship daily the Lord with joy. Hallelujah.

Ive been sharing this same exact teaching using Matthew 5:17-20 YESHUAs exact instructions to all my family for years, and they still don't hear the truth! I am still the outcast among them. Thank you monte for baptizing me properly in bell cow lake in 2006. God of Israel has used you and the two house teachings of Israel and have changed direction of my life, am forever greatful for the 6th day Sabbath and look forward to all our Haggim, blessings in the Messiah Yeshua!
