Shots fired outside synagogue in Albany, suspect in custody

Hours before the start of Hanukkah, shots were fired outside of a synagogue in Albany. Officials say no one was hurt and a suspect has been taken into custody. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda reports more as concerns grow over the rising acts of antisemitism.
