I played a baritone horn back in school and no one explained to me ever how the valves and the tubing created the notes/tones/pitch and i have never known until i came upon your video here that I found while looking up information about fingerings for trumpet that one of my grandkids was going to learn to play. I am sure that today his band director or the internet or a fellow musician will splain it to him sometime but I really liked that you embraced the media of youtube to create a most-simple explanation.
