Unpopular opinion: Jon Gruden is overrated. That 2001 Raider team wasn't that great in hindsight (besides Woodson) and he inherited that legendary defense from Tony Dungy.
Still a solid coach, but he is *far* from a legend or even a great coach. And we can all agree he's incredibly overpaid, given his resumé.
