I love the butter bronzer! It's perfect for very pale skin

The P. Formula Butter Bronzer is a good one too. They have a light shade that's gaining in popularity.

Your makeup looks so flawless ~ and thanks for the colourpop tip... I have the Becca highlighter in Moonstone (a little pinker/yellow than the pearl one) and I bought it a while ago not realizing it wasn't actually pale enough for me. I'll try the colourpop one :)

I bought those Hard candy highlighters, the duo and had to return them because they were nothing but powder no highlight at all, very chalky in my opinion and I am fairly like you. Glad to hear someone is enjoying them though.

Tarababyz here on YT also is very fair and she often talks about how she has trouble finding highlighters and powders light enough for her complection. She does do a lot of high end stuff, though. But maybe worth it to check out? :D I'm fair too, it's a struggle sometimes. It's been a long time since I wore make-up though.

Jeffree star ice cold would probably suit your skin but it is very intense so its probably not favourite but the option is still there :) <3
