I ran a D&D campaign where one of my players got a wish from a demon lord as a reward, and he asked for infinite wishes.

The demon turned him into a Genie and gifted him to a cult to grant infinite wishes for the rest of time. He wasnt too happy about getting what he wished for.

How is it that a Tom Ska sketch has a better hospital room set than 90% of low budget movies I have seen or TV shows? That small interaction with the nurse was very professional and was way more than it needed to be in terms of detail. The production team did a bang up job!
