When I was in high school my parents and I almost bought an acre or two in Barstow CA.. back then early 2000’s I believe the acres out there were going for $11, 000…. Now that same acre of land is worth $160, 000 I believe 🤷🏻‍♂️

Saudi Arabia is one of the biggest farmers in Arizona.
How can domestic farmers compete? They can't.

Land is a limited resource and the demand is only increasing

It has nothing to do with the increasing price of things and has everything to do with the decreasing value of money. The only difference between us and third-world currency devaluation is that we do it incrementally and with malice aforethought.

Depends if we have another, tougher pandemic, ideally one that thrives on plump politician physiques.

Here’s an idea: don’t sell to non US citizens. PRESERVE your values and your land. Jeez I thought farmers were the smart ones….

How I like to see it is is we will get what’s called modern 1970s prices so what things would’ve cost in the 70s but you just tack on inflation. The real thing people need to worry about is, when will the labor wages catch up to the cost of living wages?

I'd like to see it get a little bit cheaper. Or atleast the intrest come down. I'd like to snag a few acres in the next coming years
