Also, do you need to have the USB key plugged into the computer each time you begin a print job?

If I use my own cards (my logo on one side, blank on the other), how do I load them in the machine. Logo face up, or face down? (or, blank side up, or facing the table?)

Frustrated with this Badgy100, it prints great for about 30 cards and then STOPS printing. User Experience is the worse and no available troubleshooting videos for this product. Never will recommend this to anyone!!
