VEGAN SWEET POTATO BROWNIES. Yummy! I also made a chocolate pudding with avocado, oat milk, cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla extract- blend and eat! Yummy too.

Leave the oat flour out and I promise your brownies will be so much better, it wouldnt be like cake consistency, it'll have that perfect brownie consistency, chewy edges and the middle is like fudge whoa 🤤🤤 although your brownies look like they came out pretty well perfect...lol I made last batch without oat flour, just sweet potatoes, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey and baking powder and a pinch of sea salt.

I’m sure they’re good, but too much sugar for my taste, I know they say oh it’s natural sugar but sugar is sugar. I’m pretty strict with my SOS vegan diet (sugar-oil-salt free diet). I guess being vegan over 30 years truly changes your taste buds. 😊
