This is one those films that is a MUST see more than once, apart from the cinematography that was masterfully executed, the acting, pacing, and storytelling was extraordinary, I see this a contender for many prices including best picture at the BAFTAS and Oscars as well. Thank you !

Captivating and surprisingly lightweighting for the social issues it tackles, but nevertheless a must see with natural and convincing performances from the cast. The friendship between the lead characters is so intense and pure, very seldomly seen in cinema nowadays.

Leaving alone their relationships line(it's also great btw) the historical part of the movie was soooo good, I've grown up in the society just like that where some people are too religious and others are really into science and shit, for example my family was really into islam and wanted me to grow into being a good muslim, while my teachers wanted me to be a radical atheistic scientist. And here I'm disappointing both sides, not a good muslim, not a good scientist nor a religious persona nor an atheist I'm just like in the middle all the time no matter what I'm doing and have severe problems with self-identity(dk how to name it). I really don't know who tf I'm despite being a grown-ass man, just like Ahmed in the end of the movie. Thanks to the yönetemen, cidden adamsın ya.
