I have a question, so I got my long form BC from vitalchek. Would I still have to go to the county clerk before sending out to SOS to get it Apostle? Also was I supposed to tell vitalchek which country or SOS only handles that? Thank you

Am in Texas right now, I have my daughter's COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES issued and signed by Health officer Birth certificate. I need to get it apostilled. What I understand from your video is if I send only this one to Apostille, it will get rejected since it's issued by Health registrar. I need additional certificate from County Clerk(County Recorder), Can I get that from mail being here in Texas or do I need to visit in-person to LA county office. Thanks for your help once again.
