How do we connect different users to different devices on the same app (same phone)? For example, if I have 4 users and 4 devices, how can I link them to each other? At the moment, I can have 4 users and 4 devices, but they all fall under user 1, and it does not allow me to get data from users 2 to 4.... It's weird. Customer service is pointless...
