Back Exercises on the Bulletproof Isolator


✅ Pullovers

✅ Standing rows

✅ Lat pulldowns

✅ Seal rows



With the 360° rotating lever arm and some accessory attachments, I’m able to do a ton of exercises on the Bulletproof Isolator

For pullovers, the lever arm is up and behind my head.

I’m using the curl arm attachment

For rows, the lever arm is low and in front me.

I have the multi strap attachment connected to the curl arm

And for lat pulldowns, the lever arm is up and in front of me.

Using multi strap and curl arm attachments

For seal rows, I removed the lever arm and attached the seat pad.

I added the pull over in yesterday. Only I added some chains. So far it’s my favorite isolator move hands down! Sore as hell today! Thanks

Looks like there is some play on the post and also the piece that slides in (tricep bar, pad) is that correct? Also are the bushings or bearings in the main pivot?

Love your videos Shredded Dad how long does this take to setup? How's the resistance curve on this? I'm thinking of attaching my Rep Ahena cable to it which also lets me use bands on weight stack.

Hi again. How does the pullover on the Isolator compare to a straight arm lat pulldown from a kneeling position? What about a dumbbell pullover? Please let me know. Thanks.

Do I really need a bench to use isolator for leg work and arm curls??
I have no space for bench when using isolatorr

Woah… the chest supported seal row. I love that move but usually hate the setups without a dedicated rig. This one looks like its built in and completely ready to go

Too damn much. Keep it simple. Half rack/barbell/swiss bar/trap bar/bumpers/2-3 single cable stacks/maybe a plate loaded leg/shrug/row machine. Ya know.. Old is Gold. But all this is an overkill at this point.
