My ex-wife got really angry with me because I refused to argue with her. I told her we can discuss any problem as long as we do it as adults, in a calm manner when aiming to resolve the problem.

She realized after a couple of discussions, a logical approach to problem solving invariably showed there was no problem, just an unrealistic expectation. She hated that because she didn't want to resolve the problem she wanted to win the argument.
I refused to live in an argument filled marriage so divorced her.

I don't know if she ever changed, I know she got married twice after our divorce, and that she's single again now, so I suspect not.

The best thing I ever learnt from my grandfather was not to argue with loved ones, if you lose your temper you'll do and/or say something you later regret. Women goad men into losing their temper and use the loss of control to criticize or shame them. Deny them it and you're already ahead, if they have a valid argument you can listen to it, it they haven't the problem dissolves like morning mist.

You have to be willing to walk away. Never put up with disrespect and drama. Move on. You're just identifying who's not the one, and the sooner you can do it the better. My old boss use to always say, "if you're going to fail, fail quickly". You might not what it is, but you know what or in this case, who it's not.

My most recent ex played these kind of games and then broke up with me during an argument, when she realized she had crossed a "no going back" line with me all of a sudden she was like youre the best thing that ever happened to me ill get therapy i hate not having you in my life etc etc. point being, if they cant appreciate you when you are there then its.not your priblem how miserable they are when you are gone

THIS is Masculinity the way it’s meant to be - there was no violence, no aggression. They did not waste time playing with feelings, just said it like it is. The second clip was my favorite because he didn’t just walk away; it gave you the feeling that he’s aware his woman has strong emotions, so he’s just returning that strength balanced with love.

Kyle reminds me of my husband i never see him lose his temper and he speaks with a very strong but gentle tone. I love my husband and hearing my husband speaking Japanese to me and our relatives is wonderful.
