With the MK7.5 GTi DSG you can shift the stick over for manual control of the gears, can this still be done with the MK8 GTi DSG?

Have you ever had the selector lever error...??...I had this error under warranty (reported it amongst many other issues but they never did anything about it) now it's just out of warranty the error has returned and I'm guessing they'll not replace it now...worse golf ever 😡

Why did they put that dinky little knob in and remove the classic shift knob. Big mistake. I won't buy it.
