It is BODMAS...so division should be used first, then multiplication, addition and substraction.

I entered the formula =QUOTIENT(A2, F4) in Excel where A2 is 27, 702 and F4 is 1000. It keeps returning 27.000 as the result instead of 27.702. Do you have any idea why that happened and how I can correct it? I attempted to format the cell, but the decimal point setup seemed fine.

"=FORMULATEXT(CELL)" is not working in Excel 2010. Is it an add-on feature only on Excel-2016? If it is not please help to activate it on Excel-2010. I tried to go & edit the "Ribbons" tab but couldn't even locate this function/Formula.
