Could do that for four mana, or spend 3 mana on Ashiok Dream render. I know it doesn't help you skip their extra turns, but counter spell sure does.

And with counter hate being more common, Narset's Reversal is an even better answer to someone taking an extra turn. Fuck it, YOU take the extra turn.
