Is there anyway you can maybe help with the visit video app? I have the most current iPhone up-to-date, but it looks as though I can only get video quality but not microphone quality. On my laptop however, I have no problem.

Hello. Thank you for your video. I just stumbled upon it. Do you know if a YouTube video can be shared to an inmate and how to do it. My loved one needs a how to video to play a song on guitar. I’ve been trying for days to locate tablatures to help him and I’m getting know where. It doesn’t help that I don’t know for sure what I’m doing because I don’t play guitar. Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to get a notification with sound for messages and video call? It silently appears on my screen so if my phone is not in my hand or if I’m not waiting for it, I miss it. I have an iPhone

hello! I've been scheduling visits for almost a month now and when the visit starts, the app writes "your visbridge appears to be out of date" then a download option appears but it doesn't open... do you know if there's any app for this? I don't know what else to do

I’ve been messaging on the app, is that okay or should I do the website? It says he’s online he messaged me I messaged back but it’s been over a week and it said approved haven’t gotten a response. I was wondering cause I was messaging on the app. Should I do it on the site? Would that make a difference
