When describing function 4, homeostatic regulation of the kidney, I said…
“if our body's pH is too **ELEVATED** (correction: it should be **ACIDIC**), it will excrete H+ and retain the HCO3-, which is our good buffer. And then if we are too alkaline we will retain the H+ and excrete the HCO3-.”
