Yah dogs, bikes and people on horse back probably where all able to come here till one by one someone ruined it like not picking up their dogs mess or horse and not being respectful of others. I have no idea why bike riders arnt aloud there they aren't the most entitled people ever trying to force others of paths or literally hold up traffic while making everyone watch you struggle or anything
