Here is the detailed recipe of Potli Samosa

*RECIPE*
1. Take 2 boiled meshed potato, add one fourth turmuric powder, half tbsp coriander powder, one fourth red mirch powder and one fourth salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
2. Make a soft dough using 1 bowl maida, 1 tbsp oil , half fourth salt and water.
3. Make a roti shape, put tomato filling in center and make a cut and fold as shown in video.
4. Fry in low to meduim flame till it become golden brown.
Your delicious potli samosa is ready.
