Think about this. Logan lives right there (and his cell phone pings him there) he is filmed basically wearing almost the exact same clothing as the bridge guy the next day after the bodies were found. Scooby Doo would have figured this out in 30 minutes.

The judge spends more time bubble wrapping the prosecutor than reading motions she instructs the defense to write and file. They want this case cleared whether the murder is solved or not.

Yeah, Ron Logan lived there and wore similar clothing. BUT, Richard Allen admitted to being there, on the day of the crime, on the bridge at the time of the murders and wearing that outfit in the video. He admitted all of that TWO days after the crime occurred because he KNEW he’d been seen. Plus, none of the witnesses say they saw an old man. They all said they saw someone much younger than Logan. So girlfriend may now say that Ron was nasty, but Richard Allen was there.

I’ve never seen a case as crazy as this one. The entire town are suspects. From the judge to the mayor to RL to KK TK and even some of the extend family members. This case haunts me. RIP A&L

As hesitant as I usually am to considering a Defenses argument and response…. And very skeptical…. This is one of those times where I’m reminded why we have defense attorneys and how important constitutional rights really are for us. This doesn’t necessarily mean the dude is innocent.. I dunno… but it shows us how corrupt and powerful a prosecutor/state could be against us and our individual rights if we didn’t have rights to begin with or defense attorneys representing them.

Ron Logan is on camera on the highway at 3pm heading to Lafayette. A 77 year old 6'3 man in poor health did all that in 45 mins, cleaned up and got on the road. LOL LOL. REMEMBER RICKY'S LAWYERS ARGUE ONE MAN COULDN'T DO IT ALL IN 2 HOURS. Logan is not it. Poor lil Rick is the child killer.
