RFK jr says we don’t need this department of government.

They also sell them in Costco. Be careful.

Already a Boar's Head outbreak, beef, walnut, Mcdonald's onions, massive outbreak among breakfast waffles, and now carrots. Whats next?

Just think that if this happened months from now we never would’ve known! The person nominated to run that department wants to totally get rid of it. Even if that department still exists, I’m sure he wouldn’t tell the public anything. Similar to how someone else allowed that vid to run rampant for 3-4 months before attempting to do anything about it!

Baby carrots shouldn’t even be a thing.

I worry about food safety. There is a lot of factors to this. Employees not washing their hands properly (30 seconds in the water and never touch the faucet.) cross contamination in the processors such as handling raw meat products and then touching cooked products. It makes me scared to eat anything that I don’t make or watch cook myself. The health department is supposed to help regulate and make sure everyone is following guidelines. It’s the owners who should be insuring guidelines are met and everyone is following.

Everyone saying that RFK Jr. doesn’t want Big-Agro to be monitored and regulated is misinformed. Simply email his office with any questions and you will receive a detailed response.
This food company is supposed to be regulated by multiple local, state, & federal government agencies.
The CDC is not in charge of inspecting, monitoring or regulating food companies. They investigate disease outbreaks.
Their epidemiologists and other scientists and physicians follow the clues to determine the source of the outbreak.

I USED TO WORK AT BOLTHOUSE FARMS IN BAKERSFIELD CA PLANT ON BRUNDAGE LANE WHERE THESE CARROTS ARE COMING FROM . UGLY PLACE . IMPRISONED FOR 5 YEARS THERE . WORKERS RIGHT VIOLATIONS ALL DAY . ONE MAN LOST HIS LIFE HE GOT AN ARM RIPPED OFF I BELIEVE DUE TO USING MACHINERY WITHOUT PROPER TRAINING BACK IN AUGUST 2016 . EMPLOYEES PISS ON CARROTS . SAFETY VIOLATIONS ALL OVER AND HIGHER UPS TURNING THE OTHER WAY . FORCED OVER TIME, 80 TO 90 HRS A WEEK AND YOU CANT COMPLAIN OR THREATS OF TERMINATION ARE THROWN AT YOU . SEXUAL HARRASMENT OF FEMALES AND THEEATS OF TERMINATION IF THEY COMPLAIN TO HR . EMPLOYEES PUTTING FILTHY STUFF ON CARRITS AND THEN PACKAGING THEM UP FOR SALE . . . THE LIST GOES ON AND ON . . . THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HEALTH OR WHAT YOU EAT . . . ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR PROFITS . THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FULLY INVESTIGATED FOR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

Thank goodness I stopped eating those kind of packaged carrots years ago. That slimy liquid they keep them in is gross.

They are the largest carrot producer in North America by far. If you see a carrot, it probably came from them.

At this point I suggest everyone wash their produce even if you buy the pre-washed stuff!!!

Too bad I got the notice days after I bought the carrots. It's a terrific thing. I didn't eat them by chance.

I get free speech, but no way those are baby carrots. I showed my wife and she assured me they are in fact the biggest carrots she’s ever seen.
