For the multiple choice problem at the 4:00 minute mark, both choice C and D are correct answers. Both need to be identified as correct. They are both perpendicular to the original line... only differing in where they intersect the original line.

She failed to notice that option D of the last example is also perpendicular to the given line. Thus, there are two answers for the last example. Nevertheless, nice lesson from a beautiful lady. :)
