Salsa piano lesson - learn how to play in latin style.

Salsa music is extremely rich in percussion instruments and Afro-Cuban rhythms.
In this video lesson we are going to focus on the piano role which is called Montuno and the bass role which is called Tumbao

This is a piano riff for 2 hands. The left hand play the Tumbao role and the right hand play the Montuno role.
In this piano tutorial I will show you how to combine this 2 roles together.

Salsa is a Latin American musical style. And a general name for a musical genre that developed in New York in the 1960s. Influenced by traditional Afro-Cuban rhythms such as mambo, cha cha cha, guaguanco and more.
