Losing a childhood hero is such a gut punch. Jason will always be missed by us 80s kids.

I was honored to meet Jason and David Yost, who played Billy. Sweet gentlemen and it saddened me that Jason left us so soon. RIP Jason and even Thuy Trang!

Lamont let me say this. My life has had so many ups and downs, not to mention the death of my son a year ago. My Dr. asked how I was coping with the loss of my son, and I said no matter how bad my life has sucked, I'm staying around until God calls me home, I want to see how it ends, kind of like a good movie, pass the popcorn, please.

I was absolutely devastated to hear of Tommy’s passing. Tommy Oliver was the OG green and white rangers. Only the late Jason David Frank could pull off such an awesome character and do his own stunts in the suits. Rest easy, Tommy. You have made Zordon, Dimitria, Angel Grove, and Reefside proud.

I still can't believe he is gone. I miss him. He was a legend. Few years ago, I was supposed to meet him at the fan expo in Toronto but it was canceled. RIP JDF 1973-2022.

I was fortunate enough to meet him and Amy Jo Johnson (Pink Ranger) in 2019 in Minneapolis. They were both my favorites when I was growing up. He was a really kind person. First thing he did when he saw me was give me a high five and I was stoked! I’m just glad I had the chance to meet him at least once in my life. Thank you for this video Lamont! RIP Jason David Frank. 💚

Broke my heart. I started watching when I was 4yr old. He was one of my first if not the first hero I saw on television. I was glad to see he was doing well for himself and was so accomplished. May he rest in peace. 🙏

Thank you so much Lamont for doing this video. I was the one who reached out to you via email. The green ranger was my favorite. This means a lot.

Tommy whooped the Ranger’s’ asses for 5 episodes straight and 8 year old me enjoyed every bit of it. Peak 90’s kid cinema.

He and Kimberly were my favorite rangers as a kid. You could see the sadness in his eyes emerging when you look at pictures of him over the years. He must have been really tormented.

I did security for him at 2017 NY Comic Con, it was like 2 months after some fan showed up at another Comic Con with a bag of Rifles looking to kill him, so he was understandably jumpy. Very nice guy, really appreciated his fans. It’s sad RIP J.

I met JDF at Indy Con last year in April, very cool guy. Just sad that he didn't get the help he needed to conquer his mental stability, but nevertheless he put the Power Rangers on the map. Once a Ranger, always a Ranger. R.I.P Jason David Frank
