1:21 you can actually create a .nuget folder via file explorer by naming it ".nuget." (with dot in last, windows will remove the . in the last right after)

Did you have to remove the NuGet packages and then re add it after creating the tfignore and nuget.config files? I'm just wondering how you go about adding the tfignore if you've already got a load of NuGet packages installed? Thanks.
