Pres. Bush did the same thing, cut taxes to stimulate the economy. Most Americans got a rebate, $100-$250. They were pleased, while the top 10% got $10, 000- $450, 000 rebate, and the economy never got stimulated.

*If corporations are considered to be people then people need to be considered corporations* I want a bill passed that allows me to reclassify myself as a corporation using my social security number. I would like to expense: depreciation on my car and house, write off travel and entertainment, interest, education (R&D), groceries (COGS - I must eat in order to capitalize on my skill set),  etc. If I spend too much I want to carry that loss forward for however many years it takes for me to recoup the money. *Since I can't do that and corporations can't vote, why do they have so much control over the political agenda?* #getmoneyoutofpolitics #wakeupamerica

Not to mention that the corporate and upper class tax cuts are being paid for by a substantial increase in Federal Income Tax on upper middle class working professionals (via the elimination of the deductions for state and local taxes).

Does this, essentially, increase an austerity program here in the states for the poor and the middle class, while enabling the hoarding of wealth for the already wealthy? Our lives could change, very negatively, forever.

I did some rough calculations about the big tax-cuts in the USA assuming there are 300million American Citizens. For the coming 10 years they amount to about 1, 5 trillion, or about $5.000 per average American. Of course the 50 million poorest Americans will get nothing of it, for they do not pay taxes anyway. Of that $5.000 about $400 will go to the billionairs. As there are only about 600 of them, each will gain 200 million dollars. ($200.000.000) $2.600 will go to the rest op the top 0.1% as there are almost 300.000 of them each will get 2.6 million ($2.600.000). about $1.000 will go to the next 0.9% and as there are 2.7 million of those, each will get more than $100.000. The lower and middle classes – the remaining 247 million Americans get the remaining $1.000. Per person it will be about $1.200. Of course most of that will – again - go to those who make the most money.
