I stumbled upon your YouTube channel thankfully one day. Right when I started trying to resell part-time and I've learned so much from you. Truly. I work a 10-hour day job with an hour commute and just by buying items off of Marketplace I've had 4, 300 in sales the last 90 days.

I don’t know if you have already, but could you share how you ship golf clubs and which ones to look for? Thanks for your videos

Your videos are THE most helpful for me an eBay seller. I’m looking to improve my sales rate. THANK YOU.

Get most of my stuff from online auctions pennies on the dollar. Goodwill and another favorite place to find little gems is in my son’s closets as they are grown and gone. Plus purging my closets at home. Thank you for the valuable information. I will continue to tune in.

Whether it was the estate sales in UT or from the few I’ve gone to here in NC, they are the best. But, even better when a family run estate sale.

Last year I went to one in Wilson NC. Went twice and spent about $300. The house was being sold and there was “junk” everywhere. I told them I could come clean out the house for a fee when they were done, but they said they had it.

Two days later, they called me and said they had gotten a 35 foot dumpster and wondered if I’d be willing to help load it up. So I agreed if I could take things they were getting rid of. I spent maybe 12 hours over a few evenings doing the labor. And it was pretty much only me.

But I also brought three pickup loads of stuff home for “free”. This far, I’ve sold over $1K on eBay and FB MP. And still have a lot of stuff. Even if I never sold another item from there, that’s about an $85 per hour job. But I will still sell a lot more.

Want more stuff? Think outside the box for resourcing. Do the grunt work others don’t want to do. Pays off well.

Love your videos.

Thanks for the tip. I've noticed in the past if I was interested in an item on Amazon and didn't buy it immediately the price increases. In the future I will wait it out and hope for a discount.

I am jealous. I use to sell vacuums, food processors, stereos, etc....or their parts when things went sideways. I can no longer buy the big or heavy items due to injured back 3 years ago. Done with that. I have had to switch to high profit items that will fit in the palm of my hand. There is NO competition for the big and heavy product and tons of competition for the smalls. I sure miss buying everything and anything. SO MUCH MONEY to be made. Keep spreading the word. I need dealers to go for the radio and leave jewelry alone till I get done.

I mostly get things from thrift stores. Not too many garage sales currently here in MN. Summer time, I try to hit up some garage sales, but mostly thrift stores. I've sold a couple of those Bosch stand mixers. They go for great monies! Nice items!

I just picked up that same exact Bosch pro mixer today, complete for $6. 😉
The things you find at the bins, never really surprises me anymore. So many gems.

When we go to doctors appointments we have specific thrift stores we like to go to in these towns. I live in a very small town so our doctors are in hour drive away. By thrifting this way a regular Dr appointment becomes a mileage deduction and as well. And since we are still learning it prevents us from buying too much as our time is limited some what as well. Then we have some local thrift stores as well but this year I am really excited to do some garage sale shopping on the weekends as well. Being in a small town the garage sales are really good when we have them. I know there are other resellers around me but I feel fortunate that we are not oversaturated with resellers.

Hello from your "old friend" in Sedona! Nice meeting you and wanted to tell you, that day I actually had a remote control in the car ready to be shipped, thanks to the advice given in one of your videos. So, I have a challenge for you next time you're in the area if you're up for it... When I lived in Utah I had the blessing of Desert Industries and good old fashioned yard sales. Here in Sedona, every thrift shop, yard sale and even Goodwill is extremely overpriced. I'd be curious to see what your techniques would be like in an area like this...

Depends on the season. This past winter I've sourced items from multiple thrift stores, facebook, & nextdoor and occasionally estate sales. Prior to winter I was hitting up garage sales and will continue to focus on those again as they come out of hibernation along with the previous mention sources.

Hi, enjoying your videos so much! If you have a chance sometime, could you please make a shipping video. I was just wondering how you ship larger item such as electronics, receivers, video equipment that is big and heavy. Packaging so things do not break would be super helpful. Thanks, congratulations on all your success.

I live on the East Coast and most of my buys are from online auctions and estate sales. Til it gets warmer, hopefully, I will be getting more items from yard sales. But I’ve been doing quite well from the online auction and estate sales. as of right now, this is just a side hustle.

Would you be able to show how you pack up heavy electronics? I'm wanting to sell in that category more but am unsure about proper packing.

Also, I is there a benefit to charging retail shipping prices to the buyer rather than your discounted ebay shipping?

Thanks

I mostly get from thrift but found that during winter months started on online auctions. Just like anything it takes a ton of time to get used to what works and what doesn’t. Lot of trial and error

Garage sales, but I'm going full time next month and will then branch out more to thrifts, bins, and estate sales. I'm excited and scared as heck! Lol
