EcoRIS3 - eHealth Territorial LAB Pilot action (final)

The service tested in the eHealth TLAB Pilot Action deals with the monitoring of health and physiological parameters on a sample of elderly people.
The goal of the service is to increase the ability to detect situations of fragility and to allow the preventive identification of anomalous worsening of health conditions.
The monitoring is based on a telemedicine system, activated in mountainous areas with low population density, aimed at remotely detecting some medical parameters.

The Pilot Action is owned by Metropolitan City of Turin and Fomento San Sebastian.
