I don't think Yuri was Christian. I think he played the role because he knew he had to grey-man himself into our culture. How do we confirm whether or not Yuri was truly who he said he was? He predicted where the world was heading 40 years ahead of time. I have seen evidence in the past that truly does connect this dude with the KGB. Either way, he was spot on!
