Great informational video for type 1 diabetics. It didn't seem slow and repetitive like some YouTube videos are. And it wasn't too long for the amount of information.

I've been T1D all my life (37 years). - Insulin pens are the way to go, but I keep vials in my cooler in car at all time. I always bring two short acting, one long acting pen. I bring 30% more needles than needed.

I bring 25% more energy than needed - Clif Shots have been the best.

I have great communication methods just in case. (Inreach, etc)

If your legs feel weird, check your blood sugar. If you're tired, check your blood sugar. If you're cranky, check your blood sugar. My big thing is when I start getting confused easy - typically low blood sugar.
