What's in the Creepy Basement?

As realtors we see all kinds of things... this house may have the creepiest surprise so far! The house itself was a little odd, the layout didn't make much sense. We find a closet door and find this rusted hatch door, that leads to a rusted ladder, that takes you down to this hidden room. It was cold and damp, and just disturbing. We have so many thoughts on what this could be... what are yours??
