I honestly did not expect this at all! I literally just did this for fun, and I thought I would get no more than 1 rep. Interestingly, I ended up getting 3 friggen reps!!! Looks like cutting really helped my calisthenics performance (as I thought).
That said...expect a tutorial on how to get the OAC/OAP! I'll show you what worked for me.

When AlphaDestiny mentioned being lean at 10-15%, looking at him I now understand that you need a lot of muscle mass in order for being lean to look better than being shredded. Otherwise you'll just look fat and average. Before I thought that shredded looked better because of the definition, but now being lean while looking big is my ideal.

Hey man! I just saw one of your older videos on, why full-body workout is the best workout for the beginners. I will be joining the gym in few days and I just had one question in my mind. Should I do all the exercise like BP, DL, and squat for 5 reps (just strength)
or shall I go heavier on an exercise in a day and do others for x12 reps (muscle building)?
Like for example
day 1 heavier BP and DL, Squat for 12, 10, 8 reps
day 2 heavier DL and BP, Squat for 12, 10, 8 reps etc etc
