Great review, but do you think the connectivity is good? E.g. If I'm using Spotify or a music player app on my phone but I want to control it on my watch, will I stay connected? Same thing with taking calls. I had heard that there were major issues with connectivity on the first watch. I'm trying to decide if I want to get this watch or wait for the Pixel Watch 3.

Also, it seems like this watch would be difficult to see in the sun due to low nits?

The CMF Watch Pro 2 is a great price, and gets a lot of things right... But man, the software was a total dog for me. Particularly, notifications were INCREDIBLY hit and miss, and I consider that to be the type of feature that a smartwatch absolutely MUST get right. I missed so many due to the watch randomly disconnecting from the watch app on the Pixel 8 Pro... or just randomly not passing notifications through (until suddenly it did and they all came streaming in at once). And no security model on the device is a big no no these days. Great review!

You can add another watchface if you make a custom watchface, its super limited in options but then you have 7.
