This after the mainland passenger posted online a video that shows the Hong Kong couple kept bothering her over a reclined seat during a flight last week.

It's sad Cathy's pacific employer didn't step in to help, poor training I assume? This poor girl is paying as any paying customer and shouldn't get harassed like this. Cathy's employer should right away step in and stop it and explain to the rude couple that everyone at the plane can have their seat incline or reclining however they like before eating time! Cathy charges passengers flights are pricier than other airlines and they cannot do one simple task!

Mr. Michael Chugani wrote in a Chinese newspaper (Title of the article : To lock horns) that the Chinese girl who was bullied was also wrong because she should have listened to the flight attendant who told her to straighten her seat. Why should the Chinese girl listen to the flight attendant who had gotten the rules wrong. Could some one please tell Mr. Chugani that he is 100% wrong and advise him to check the Cathay Pacific in-flight rules on recliner seats.

I keep asking why is this even news? Things like that happens all the time! Read the South China morning Post youtube and you would see. 1 Elderly man repeatedly kicks reclining seat on train. 2. Woman refuses to sit upright causing flight delay in China! Why the big issue here? Was someone injured? Did the plane have to return to HK because of the incident? Passengers quarreled and fight on planes and trains all over the world! What is new here? Why make mountain out of a molehill? Why?
