This is great. If you could I think filming a rhythmic gymnast mastering ball apparatus would be such a good addition to your videos. There are videos of ball masteries that incorporate the entire body including hands, feet, back, neck, just the entire body.

London UK there were always these
street performers doing this busking for
money... unfortunately it's not as popular
now than it was but always mesmerised by
someone that's professional at executing this
...the flow & treating the glass like a ball of
energy reminds me of body popping which
has also died out over the years... miss the 90s
