Poltergeist’s feed on fear, anxiety and stress. The less energy you feed it, the more it’s power will dissipate. If you’re going to film, it’s ok to be startled. But DON’T stay out of the room. Calmly go in, replace the item(s) moved, and ask the spirit, NICELY, to please not break/knock things over. If they knock down the same items repeatedly, it may just not like where the item is placed. Try moving it to a different area.

first clip was just a very dusty environment. There’s a difference between actually anomalies and dust. People can’t seem to tell or understand the difference. Dust moves around like falling snow flakes, anomalies float around like a balloon wandering free. 👻
