I started the game a few days ago and already got Valentine in 60 something pulls
i have no idea what the rates are, but even by Genshin standarts i feel like i got lucky

This game is surprisingly very good. The battle mechanics are interesting while the waifus are top tier. Highly recommended.

it is fun but i wish they would not force us to pvp to get all the best rewards . its so annoying to fight people using the same characters over and over because meta . otherwise they have a lot of other fun characters, hopefully when i have more equipment it will let me have a chance at arena bcus i hate following meta
