A very important male person who's been part of my life in many different ways for 17 years have met a new, super jealous, girlfriend and is now moving to her, far away. I wanted to say a last goodbye before his moving, just a cup of coffee in a neutral place, just the two of us, just to sum up our friendship (well, sometimes friendship bordering something romantic), get a closure. Friends for 17 years, and now we might not meet again, ever.
He said he's sorry, but he can't even have that "neutral coffee" with me (because of her).

Well, yesterday this song appeared in my "Discover Weekly" Spotify playlist. After a week of silent mourning, trying not to cry, this song made me burst into tears, finally. I've cried and cried and cried. Just can't stop listening, and the tears keep coming. The part at 0:30 in particular...
This song has, in just two days, come to symbolize this whole painful process, and, as much as it makes me cry, it also comforts me.
I seldom come across a song that moves me this much. I feel so grateful.
