Both are mid-renge, entry level camera. Both uses APS-C crop sensor so the results are same. But in photography, it's not only camera, it's about the person's experience behind the camera.

1st of all the setting kept in Canon and Nikon is totally different..
If we take a close look nikon is set to 1/125s, f/5.6 iso is auto

Where as in Canon 1/200 is shutter speed, f/20 and iso is 800.

When you compare both the camera according to picture quality keep the setting same and campare.

Where as Canon has the Natural Colour tone.
