Any chance you would have a diagram you could share on how this is wired exactly. I'm running a 14 guage wire from my panel to the switch box, then 14 guage out to the receptable where it plugs in on the ceiling. Then there is a second wire going from the dimmer wires on the fixture back to the switch box. Is that correct?

Has the NEC been updated to allow luminary 0-10 W wiring to be allowed in a single MC cable along with the other wiring?

Can you hook up a completely separate dimmer switch that just controls dimming? I have the main power on switch on one wall and want just a dimmer knob on a completely separate wall.

So this light can be easily plug only into the receptacle by using just the cable plug and not the dimming wires if one so decides to do so.

I’m a little confused about the dimming wires. Are the low voltage wires coming from the light, wired directly to the switch wires? I am assuming the low voltage, in order to dim the light, is coming from the switch itself. Correct?

Terry, thanks for the very clear and useful video. I understand how to provide power to more than one light, but it's not clear to me how many lights can be controlled by one dimmer on the 0-10 circuit. In my studio I have three location where I'd like to improve the lighting. Your suggestion(s)? TIA!

Are these lights still working? I’m wanting to know if these style lights last as long as advertised. My experience with led lights is that they fail way sooner than advertised.

So if you install multiple of these fixtures, how would you connect the dimmer wires to the dimmer switch?

There is no controversy, so long as the wire is all rated at the same voltage rating ie 600v there is no issue running your low voltage in the same conduit or raceway
